First time in FL and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff at check in. Stayed on the gulf side and the views were perfect. The weather was not cooperative for the beach, so we plan to be back! Thank goodness for the pools though! The location is just right, the rooms are perfect size for a family, the use of washer/dryer and dishwasher make the unpacking back home so stress free. [home away from home] Thank you for allowing our family (and dog too) such a relaxing stay!

Stayed on the bay side for 4 days and left on Christmas. Rooms are spacious and include everything, dishwasher (with soap) washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and a great porch. We watched the Boat parade and had a spectacular time. There is a separate hotel across the street with Gulf side views, and a roof top sunset deck which you are free to use.

We stayed for one week in the bay side building. I think the view there was far better than the ocean front building. We saw dolphins swimming everyday, beautiful birds and amazing boats sailing by, very relaxing. We arrived a little early …

We loved our clean room and the beautiful view of the Gulf. The staff was accommodating. We weren't found of Treasure Island it self but this place made it all better. Rooms are non smoking which made us happy and there's a hot tub. ❤️

Only drawbacks were problems with their Wi-Fi, and the hot tub wasn't so hot one day, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious and clean, and overall it was a really nice place. And location right across from the beach, what more could you ask? Thank you for a nice stay!

They get the two stars for the service and location. My sisters and I stayed in 403 E. and although the view was as expected the interior was not. The photos and description that you see online aren’t what you get in reality. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, the carpet is so filthy and stained you worry about walking on it and bare feet. The furniture in the living room is old and outdated and sinks in. It’s supposed to be a home away from home and they don’t even put anything in the cabinet the TV sets on. No books no games no knickknacks. They don’t even put coasters on the coffee table. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing weekend and very expensive.

This was an amazing weekend! Being a Florida resident this was definitely a home away from home and we didn’t want to leave! I have already booked my next staycation! The Bay view is hands down the best! There is always something to watch on the water from boats and jet skies to dolphins and rays. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. There are tv’s in each room if you need some down time and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach is a quick walk across the street with cabana rentals available and a beautiful sunset. All of this would not be possible without the amazing staff. Stop looking and book your stay here!
